That’s exactly what happened to Jennifer when she found out she was the Grand Prize Winner of our Chicago Boudoir Photography giveaway!
Needless to say, she was excited.
And when she came into the Chicago Boudoir Photography studio for her boudoir experience, she quickly discovered that the prize was about so much more than beautiful photographs. It was an opportunity to celebrate herself, create something special for her husband, and see herself in an entirely new way.
From Giveaway Winner to Boudoir Babe
Jenny had actually been interested in booking a boudoir session with us for quite some time.
She had originally considered creating a boudoir album as a Valentine's Day gift for her then-boyfriend, but the timing didn't quite work out.
Fast forward to her honeymoon, and she suddenly found herself learning that she had won the experience she'd been hoping to book from a Facebook notification and a call from our studio manager!
Talk about perfect timing!

The Transformation Starts With Hair & Makeup
One of the most fun parts of a boudoir experience is seeing the transformation unfold.
Jenny started her day with professional hair and makeup before stepping in front of the camera.
But the transformation isn't really about changing who you are.
It's about giving yourself permission to slow down, get pampered, put on something that makes you feel amazing, and see yourself through a completely different lens.
And once Jenny stepped in front of Liz's camera, that confidence really started to shine.
“I think being here today I felt the most beautiful I have in a long time.”
Jenny came into her session with two goals: create a sexy surprise for her husband and feel good about herself.
She accomplished both.
In her testimonial, Jenny shared:
“I wanted to surprise my husband in nice scandalous outfits as well as feel good about myself.”
But perhaps our favorite part of her entire experience was what she said next:
“I felt the most beautiful I have in a long time.”
That is exactly why we love what we do.
Yes, boudoir photographs can make an incredible gift for your partner. Yes, they're sexy and beautiful and incredibly fun to look through.

Choosing Her Images Wasn't Easy!
After her session, Jenny sat down for her same-day image reveal and had a very important problem:
How do you choose when you love them all?
As she put it:
“It was so hard to choose and narrow down my photos but they were all so beautiful and sexy and amazing!”
With 40 images included in her Grand Prize package, Jenny was able to choose a gorgeous mix of color and black & white portraits to create her album.
And yes, there were plenty of sexy outfits involved. 😉
Her final album gave her something beautiful to take home and surprise her husband with—but the experience itself gave her something she hadn't necessarily expected.

That's our job.
