I was a speaker at the TEDx Arlington Heights Conference!

I recently had the pleasure to be on stage at the local TEDx Arlington Heights Conference alongside 7 other speakers. I spoke about how nudity doesn’t have to be a taboo with shame and vanity surrounding it, instead it can be a catalyst to self-confidence and acceptance. It was my goal to help redesign your perception or judgement towards nudity and empower you to love the body you are in!
