How to pose for your boudoir photoshoot at Chicago Boudoir

As a boudoir photographer, I’m often asked questions like:

"What are some good boudoir poses for my body shape?”

OR

“Where can I learn poses before my photoshoot?”

And I understand that you want to feel prepared for your photoshoot.

But the real answer is: You don’t have to know how to pose! At all!  

You don’t have to know what you are doing.

You don’t need to practice in front of a mirror. 

 You don’t have to have any posing or modeling experience. 

You don’t have to be photogenic or be “good in front of the camera.”

Leave that part to me! I will bring my artistic talent and years of experience to make sure we capture dozens of fabulous photos of you.  

I will show you exactly what to do and how to pose.  I will tell you what to do with your hands and your feet.  I will coach you on facial expressions.  I will show you exactly where to stand and where to sit.  And that’s where the magic happens!  Together we will create beautiful images.
