"I was worried that I would need a LOT of Photoshop..." A real woman talks about her experience at the Chicago Boudoir Photography Studio!

Before signing up for a boudoir photoshoot, you might be worried about a few things. Maybe you’re wondering:

How will I pose for my photoshoot?
What will my hair and makeup look like?
How will I feel in front of the camera during the photoshoot?
What lingerie should I buy?

It’s perfectly normal to feel nervous about a boudoir photoshoot. I would say that the fact that a boudoir shoot is out of your comfort zone is part of the fun of it!! Ms. R came into the Chicago Boudoir Photography studio recently and before her shoot she wondered if she would need a lot of Photoshop on her boudoir images before she would love them. But in fact, she loved her pictures right when she saw them before they were even retouched! Check out what Ms. R had to say about her boudoir photoshoot experience:

What was your main reason for booking a boudoir shoot?: It looked fun and the pictures that I saw online were amazing! It was also helpful to know that hair and makeup would be taken care of because they're not my strong suit!

What was your biggest fear before or during your boudoir shoot?: I was really nervous that the pictures wouldn't turn out well or that they'd need a lot of Photoshop. I was also slightly nervous to be stripping down in front of someone I didn't know.

How did the shoot turn out? / Tell us your favorite part about your boudoir shoot experience.: It was amazing!!!!!! The pictures were beautiful and made me feel so sexy! My favorite part was talking to the makeup artist and Liz! They put me at ease and made it so fun! And I actually loved my photos BEFORE any Photoshop! They look incredible!!

Did you give your boudoir photos as a gift? How have you enjoyed your photos since the shoot?: I will be giving them to my husband in about two weeks!!!! I'm excited and nervous at the same time (kinda like the shoot)! I loved my pictures! I showed a few of them off to friends because I couldn't wait to show them to someone!
