Confidence, Community, and Courage: My Story on Rock Star Millennials Podcast

My Chat about Helping Women Feel Confident and Radiant with Kathryn Spitznagle

Hey everyone! 👋 I recently had the amazing opportunity to chat with Kathryn Spitznagle on the Rock Star Millennials Podcast 🎙️, and I’m excited to share some highlights with you.

Here’s what we talked about:

  • Why I do what I do: My purpose is to help women feel confident, radiant, and empowered—whether through boudoir photography, my TEDx talk, or my VIP Facebook community of 10k+ local Chicago women. 🌟 Join the community here.

  • Starting my journey: I began by working for another photographer and saw how transformative a boudoir session could be for women. After experiencing it myself, I knew I had to help others feel the same way. 💃

  • Celebrating all bodies: Boudoir isn’t just for the young or thin. Every age, size, and shape deserves to feel beautiful and seen. Check out my TEDx talk on why nudity isn’t naughty.

  • Family balance: Transitioning from stay-at-home mom to business owner with 2 teenage daughters had its challenges—but with open communication and teamwork (thanks to my supportive husband! ❤️), we found a rhythm.

  • Empowering women: I love being a voice for women, whether it’s through photography, mentoring, speaking, or creating content. When women tell me “I’ve never seen this version of myself before”—that’s my purpose in action.

  • My advice: That little nudge in your mind? Don’t ignore it. Start. Show up bigger. You don’t have to be perfect—just begin. 🚀

I had such a wonderful conversation with Kathryn about women, empowerment, confidence, and following your purpose. If you want to hear the full episode, check it with the link below!
