What: Join our panel of experts for Girl Talk! 

Dr. Rachel, women's health Physical Therapist, will teach you about your pelvic floor. 

Dr. Kirsten, naturopath will share about hormones, menopause and more.

Liz Hansen, owner of Chicago Boudoir Photography will chat about loving your body and feeling confident in the skin you're in.

Enjoy some wine, raffle prizes and a Q&A panel. 

All ticket proceeds will be donated to Lake County Haven, who provides shelter and services to homeless women and their children.
