There is so much negativity around us today. You don’t have to search far to find some form of it. And if we are not careful, it can become all consuming.

But what if every time the negativity felt too loud, we decided to combat it instead of letting it tear us down. What if uplifting, empowering and beautiful words were louder?

In my own life journey I have found so much power in words. Simple phrases that help me feel strong, quotes from those who inspire me or beautiful words of wisdom that make me feel empowered—I have collected them all. They are like a “pep talk” when I need it.

So when the world feels especially loud and my confidence is shaken, I go to my collection of powerful words to remind myself who I am and what I can be.

As I have interacted with hundreds of women at my boudoir photography studio, I have come to find out that we all could use more empowering words in our lives.
