Emma Terrazas is a multi-passionate health coach for high achieving business owners. She has spent the last four years cracking the code to holistic wellness through her own journey of entrepreneurship. Helping hundreds of people create sustainable health routines to thrive in their career and personal life without giving up foods or things they love, Emma specializes in nutrition education, healthy habit creation (even on super busy and high energy days) and helps her clients develop a mindset of unconditional self love. She's also an actor known for her role on NBC's Chicago Med, and she's the host of the Empowered Journey of You Podcast. It's a story-based podcast that helps entrepreneurs live a life without limits by unlocking subconscious beliefs about food, fitness, and worthiness.
