First off - I’m using the term “mature” here for just one simple reason: it is one of the most popular boudoir photography search terms on Google and I want anyone searching on the internet to know that I celebrate women of ALL ages in my studio.  Maybe you prefer another term, but this is what helps people find me and my studio. Sexy does not have an expiration date! When you come to the photo studio, I promise to make you feel like the glorious queen that you have always been.

The truth is, many women miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime because they fear that they are “too old” for a boudoir photoshoot. In reality, we’ve found that mature women can get as much out of a boudoir session as a younger woman—or perhaps even more!

As a mature woman, you’ve walked a longer journey.  You’ve developed a certain kind of wisdom and that only comes with years of experience.  You have a comfort level in your body now. You are able to celebrate your body for the life experiences it has given you. You are living life on your terms.  You’re done with many of the hang-ups and insecurities from years past and you’re ready to just be YOU, in all your glory. And all of that adds up to an incredible boudoir photo session where you are willing to get creative and push your limits.  The end result?  Incredible images from your photoshoot that you will cherish for years to come.

Is A Mature Boudoir Photoshoot Any Different?

No! The truth is, there’s no real difference between a mature boudoir shoot and any other boudoir photoshoot. Boudoir focuses on bringing out the unique beauty of EVERY woman.

Before your shoot, we’ll send you a prep guide with everything you need to know about getting ready for your shoot.  We’re also here to answer any questions.

In the prep guide, you’ll see tips about lingerie types that will work well for your body type, as well as other options to explore and experiment with. Maybe you’ll end up bringing an outfit style that you’ve never tried before!

On the day of your session, you will have your hair and makeup professionally styled by our beauty team.  Prepare for a major WOW moment when you see yourself in the mirror.  Our beauty professionals are trained to make every woman of every age look naturally beautiful on camera.

During your shoot, we’ll tell you exactly what to do and how to pose.  You will probably be surprised about how easy it is.  We will use studio lights and posing direction to make sure you look fabulous in every shot.
