“I loved celebrating my beautiful baby bump.”

Rachelle came into the boudoir photo studio for a maternity photo shoot to celebrate her beautiful baby bump! She was 34 weeks along and wanted to capture this fleeting moment in her life before the baby arrived. She hoped to create some beautiful portraits to remember her pregnancy and also wanted to create a fun gift for her husband.

Here’s a before and after photo so that you can see the hair and makeup look our beauty team gave her at the studio. She opted for a light smokey eye and a beautiful berry colored lip stain.

During the shoot, I made sure to show Rachelle exactly how to pose and stand and what to do with her hands and face.

Rachelle ordered a beautiful album and a photo metal wallet card for her hubby to carry with him at all times. She also booked another shoot for next year to celebrate her body post-baby. I am so excited to have her in the studio again for a totally different kind of photo shoot next time around!

What was your main reason for booking a boudoir shoot?: I did mine for a beautiful pregnancy shoot -this was a celebration of my beautiful baby bump!

What was your biggest fear before or during your boudoir shoot?: What I would look like on camera

How did the shoot turn out? / Tell us your favorite part about your boudoir shoot experience.: Amazing! Liz and her staff are soooo great! They will build you up and you will feel good for weeks ahead!

Did you give your boudoir photos as a gift? How have you enjoyed your photos since the shoot?: Some of them, they’re Christmas gifts so we will see when that time comes!
