Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

Your session date and time has been reserved just for you.

Because the entire boudoir studio and staff is reserved for your date and time, please get in touch with us ASAP if you need to reschedule your appointment.

The following rescheduling and cancellation policies apply to all photoshoots at Chicago Boudoir:

Reschedule requests with more than 14 days notice will incur a $50 reschedule fee to your credit card number held on file.

Reschedule requests with 14 days notice will incur a $150 reschedule fee.

Reschedule requests with less than 14 days notice will require a new session fee of $399.

Additional rescheduling requests (2nd, 3rd requests etc) each require a new session fee of $399.

Cancellations and no-shows forfeit the entire session fee of $399.

Rescheduled dates must be within 60 days of your original session date. If you do not reschedule within 60 days, the session is cancelled and you will need to pay a new session fee ($399) to get on the calendar again.

If you have paid a discounted session fee (less than $399) and you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 14 days notice, the remainder of the session fee is due as a cancellation fee. For example, if you paid a $179 session fee and you cancel your appointment with less than 14 days notice, your card on file will be charged for the remainder of the $399 session fee ($220).

Due to the custom nature of our photography services, all sales are final. Session fees and photo collection sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.
